This is the kind of lot, that an awesome architect would be worth their weight in gold. While it is over an acre with a partial view of Loch Lomond, it is long and narrow with a beautiful holler directly behind it. What's exciting is the design and purview of the Architect you choose! I think a home like Mies Van der Rohe's "Farnsworth House" in Plano, Illinois or Philip Johnson's "Glass House" in New Canaan, CT, would do this lot justice. I love the look and idea of homes like these, but I like to hang out in my skivvies after work and like to put masks on my face, not conducive to that design. But there are plenty of exhibitionists' who prance around in their private abodes, and don't really mind who sees them. This lot is for the brazen, brave and design driven.
