Working with Stephanie was the best possible experience we could have ever expected. Last Thursday, we landed in XNA with a goal to find a house, make an offer, and get it accepted before our trip back 7 days later. Stephanie picked us up from the airport, and we began our search Thursday afternoon. We saw about 5 homes that afternoon, and continued our search Friday morning. Around 11 AM, we saw the house that had just entered the market a few hours early. It checked all our boxes and immediately went to work on an offer we thought could be accepted immediately.
